The Iris Nebula, NGC 7023, is a bright nebula located in the Cepheus constellation some 1,300 light-years away from Earth. This image is the result of a new processing method from 2019 data.
Astrophotography processing techniques are key to get the best results. This exercise aims to show the different result obtained from the same data on the Iris Nebula region (NGC 7023):
